"This mascara goes on smoothly, it separates the lashes well but sometimes adds little clumps, it thickens and darkens perfectly, it also dries fairly quickly. What really frustrates me is when I attempt to eliminate the clumps using the lash comb; the thickness and volume aren’t as good as at first."

This mascara gives reasonable length and volume, but it's actually not as good as the regular Full 'N Soft, which gives better thickness. It claims to be waterproof, but smudges quite easily. If you're looking for a waterproof mascara, I wouldn't go for this one.

This mascara is wonderful. I think it has a lot to do with the brush. I have the black waterproof version and it still keeps my lashes pretty and soft. I have super short, dark, straight lashes that point straight down because I am Chinese, and I have no crease in my eyelid. I've given up on getting them to stay curled, but this product lengthens, thickens, and keeps my lashes healthy. I would give it 5 stars, but it is not L'Oreal's Voluminous Waterproof mascara!
