“After using this eyeliner on and off since I got it in August and reviewed in in September, I've realized it's lasting power is not very good. I've read other reviews on the product in which the reviewer raves about its lasting power, but for some reason, it just sort of vanishes on my eyelids. However, I do like to use this to line my upper lid as a base of a waterproof pencil eyeliner (it does seem to make my pencil liner longer without creasing), and on the bottom lid, because I don't want a strong line all the way around my eye. But I still do not have any problems with smudging, or eye irritation.”
